Hello, I am checking the configuration to operate the seller withdrawals manually.
It happens that the withdrawal button in some provider profiles is not available even when the general configuration is the same.
In some cases I select the option Transfer tax (by product) to the seller. and the button appears on the panel of some sellers.
I keep the order in process or completed but still the button does not appear.Could you guide me to understand how the seller’s withdrawal works manually.

Hi Moumita, I have no limit or days to make the withdrawal. However, the recovery button behavior is different for each seller profile.
I enclose an image of the current configuration, where the recall button does not appear in most seller profiles.when I select Transfer the tax colleted (per product) to the seller. The button appears in some providers, should it be like this?
I would greatly appreciate the help.
