since using your plugin I have issues with my WordPress memory. It has been set to the maximum (1GB account memory) and I also contacted my hosting support about this already. They told me the plugins are simply using too much memory and your’s is using the most. I get out of memory errors every now and then and my site isn’t reachable then. Could you please have a look at this and fix this? How can I limit the memory acces for your plugin please? Thank you!

Do you have a large number of products at your site?
As per the error faced by you, it’s coming from the product section of the plugin.
We have worked on various sites with many clients but never faced such issues. So we need to debug your site in order to find out the actual cause of the issue.
So kindly share a staging clone site admin access and FTP access where we will be deactivating all 3rd party plugins and we will be debugging the staging site.

WP bakery plugin is not compatible with WCMp. We have tested the normal flow of product search and adding products at your site is working fine.
Also, we have tested our code and no issue was found.
Thus it requireques some good amount of custom coding at your end and it might also need the help of WP bakery plugin team.
may I ask why WPBakery is not compatible with your plugin? It is used with millions of websites. Furthermore, it was working with only 5 products and the issue started when adding 10 products to the list section. It’s really weird :/ Anyway, thanks again.
