Hi There, the WC Catalog Enquiry enquiry/messaging system does not make sense.
The Enquiry sent from product page goes to the vendor email just fine, but the Customer Enquiry is not available in the Vendor dashboard ULNESS I go into the WordPress Backend (for Vendor which I will be disabling).
Under Vendor Dashboard > Catalog Enquiry > Enquiry Details – it shows a Messaging window but doesn’t show the Enquiry message sent by the Customer. When I send a message to the Customer using the Messenger, no email is sent to the Customer.
Is there something here I am missing or is there a problem with the system?
