Hi,
I’m using WCMp Vendor Staff addon. The vendor-staff user, with proper permission to upload files, cannot see images belonging to himself.– user-vendor-staff cannot see a “Media” menu item in left menu;
– user-vendor-staff can upload new images using gallery-box or add media button in product page, but the user can only see images uploaded by user-vendor, not himself. When uploading new images, user-vendor-staff can see the new image, but not after save product;
– user-vendor can see the “Media” menu item in left menu;
– user-vendor cannot see images uploded by user-vendor-staff, only uploaded by himself;
– user-admin can see all the images uploded by user-vendor and user-vendor-staff; -
Hi @webmaster.mid, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.
Can you please share us one temporary admin access, vendor access (who has staff) and FTP access so that we can look into this and assist you accordingly.
While sharing us the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

– user-vendor-staff can upload new images using gallery-box or add media button in product page, but the user can only see images uploaded by user-vendor, not himself. When uploading new images, user-vendor-staff can see the new image, but not after saving product;
>> Using the vendor staff we have added an image, the staff vendor can see the images added by them.
Can you please share us one video displaying the flow, so that we can also check the same.
– user-vendor cannot see images uploded by user-vendor-staff, only uploaded by himself;
>> We doubled checked this, we are able to recreate the issue in our end. We will fix that in our next update of vendor staff.
– user-admin can see all the images uploded by user-vendor and user-vendor-staff;
>> The default flow of WC Marketplace, lets the admin view all the media added by any user (i.e. vendor and sub vendor) in the site.

1) opened [add media], I can see the image previously uploaded by the user “vendor”
2) uploaded “titulos_05.png” – upload ok
3) insert image in editor – works ok
4) after save the product, the image remain in editor – its ok!
5) open [add media] again
6) I cannot see the image “titulos_05.png” -
Hi @webmaster.mid, thanks for sharing us the video. We are able to understand the issue. We will fix this in our next update of vendor staff.
