Vendor registration form not working Resolved

      Hi, when filling in the vendor registration form (https://www.fabuportal.com/vendor-registration/) nothing happens, no data is recorded, you click the “register” button and just return to the same page (and no new vendor is recorded)

      I tested the flow in your site, as you can we have successfully submitted the form and redirected to vendor dashboard page: https://prnt.sc/pqghfa

      Hi Moumita,

      Thank you for all your support troubleshooting this issue.

      I have just figured out that it is not browser related… it happens when the new vendor already exists as user.

      If the new vendor is a completely new user, like it was the case of your test, it goes through without problems.

      If the new vendor already exists, for example with Client, then it behaves as we have seen: there is no warning no error message, it just does nothing.

      I will reproduce in the test environment with no plugins (just Woocommerce, WCMarketplace, and with and without Elementor because I suspect there might related with the issue), but I will do it with lower priority now that I can give an explanation to my vendor and found a workaround for her.

      I’ll come back to you on this one, let’s keep it open in the meantime.

      @Lola, we have also checked the flow in our demo site keeping only WooCommerce, WCMp active and Storefront theme.

      So, yes please proceed with the plugin deactivation or theme switch.
