      i have set $60 price for one plan. But when I register as a fresh-user it will direct redirect to vendor dashboard not asking for payment option i have already set stripe payment gateway. When I check on vendor dashboard side on membership tab there is not plan is added it is very urgent issue help me on it.

      Hello Team,

      What’s the issue I don’t know with the team. I have create this thread since 18th january, and send followup email on each day. But not getting any response by your team.

      I have also checked that team is replied on other threads actively but not support any guide from team. So what was the issue please replay and do this issue resolved ASAP.

      Really, my client need this ASAP and not support by your team actively on this thread. Do the needful for the same will be appriciated.

      Hi Ashley,

      Thank you for the co-operation and providing us with the site access to test at your end. Just to summarize this thread,finally after rigorous testing both at our end and your end, it is observed that WCMp Vendor Membership plugin is working absolutely fine at your website with new plan and our Stripe account. As suggested, Please check once again with a fresh stripe test account with proper client key, publish key and secret key. If you provide the keys properly, definitely this should resolve the issue. We changed the keys and it worked for us. Working video shared via email.

      Hi Ashley,

      This is again some conflict issue. Would suggest you to please follow the basic debugging prededure i.e deactivation plugins except WCMp addons together with WooCommerce and standard WooCommerce theme.

      Hi,
      Your redirection code will no work for WCMp Membership registration as per WCMp membership’s default flow we show the success message. If you want to redirect after registration and payment then you have to add custom code on your end.

      Please co-ordinate with your developer, he has already confirmed via email just now that everything is working fine. There wasn’t any issue with the latest plugin. Kindly refer the screenshot of the email in the below private message.And to avoid any communication gap, we are requesting to please either follow forum or email.       This link is not used as a webhook. This is used for redirect URL. But surely you have added this link in your stripe account webhook section. That’s why stripe didn’t find any site with this matched API link. So the soln is —- just go to your stripe account webhook section and remove this link from webhooks.

      2. Regarding the checkout page issue, May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
      Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

      3. Regarding the adding product issue, kindly check on your membership plan if you have given the capability to your vendor to add products.

      Kindly confirm on us after testing if the issue still exits.

      Sorry for delay in response.

      Our membership plan only allow you to set the number of feature product on your site. Now WCMp follows the the same flow as per woocommerce on how it displays the featured product on the shop page.

      Yes the vendor can set the feature product from vendor dashboard and the feature product will be visible through product widget from admin dashboard >> appearance >> widget as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/104q39t).

      Regarding the wizard issue, it must be conflicting with any customization done at your end.

      Regarding the email issue, at present we assign only one role at a time it can be either vendor or customer. So you must have done some customization at your end to add 2 roles to the vendor which is causing the conflict with the email.

      Regarding the checkout page, May I know if you are referring to vendor membership new plugin, here once the plan is purchased from the checkout page the vendor will directly land to the setup wizard page on vendor dashboard. ( If money paid directly through stripe/paypal, not for bank transfer or cod )

      Your code is absolutely correct. There is a problem on hook name. We have used this hook on woocommerce registration redirect. That’s why this is not working. If you want to redirect after order button is pressed then you have to put it on

      Regarding the new vendor issue, we are not facing any such issue at our end.
