      Hi, in the dashboard side nav Product Manager -> add a new product is replaced with edit product …

      so when a user clicks on edit product he is actually editing empty product…

      Q: How to fix this issue and replace the edit product by add product!

      a hint might help… I have user rule editor installed

      I tried :

      – Delete the plugin/reinstall
      – activate another theme compatible with WCMP
      – login using different user

      I’m not adding the flow I’m talking about WCMP vendor Dashboard endpoints ” side menu ” in vendor dashboard…
      On Product Manager list section should have add product and products, Now in my case I have edit product instead of add product
      I hope you get the point

      Let me know if I am wrong, so when you are clicking on the “Add Product” tab, it is taking you to the “Edit Product” page.

      If you are referring to something else, can you help us a bit more by providing us some screenshots of the vendor’s dashboard side menu?

      It will be really helpful if you can share a video capture of the same.

      Hoping for your co-operation regarding the same.

      Hi ibrahimha,

      I presume you have enabled “Disable Advance Marketplace Product Listing” option via WCMp >> Settings >> General (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ptnlr4 ) in your site.

      If this option is enabled, then by clicking on “Add Product”, we move the vendor directly to the Add Product Details page (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ptnowr ), where he has to fill in all the product details.

      If this option is disabled, then by clicking on “Add Product”, we move the vendor first to the category selection page (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ptnqip ) and then Add Product Details Page.

      So it’s okay for users to publish posts from edit post page? please share your opinion if I should enable or disable “advance marketplace product…” and why? I need your personal opinion

      also if you saw the video you should notice that the editor icons are missing!

      Hi Ibrahimha,

      Just like Amazon, Ebay etc., we wanted to let our vendors assign multiple categories to their products. So, we have implemented this feature into our marketplace. To have a better idea, please check this doc – https://wc-marketplace.com/version-highlights/

      If “Disable Advance Marketplace Product Listing” option is enabled, then the categories appear in the Add Product Details page. (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ptq24x ).

      Regarding the editor icon, the video was not accessible to us. Can you please resend the video in any other format or send us some screenshots!!
