Hi, we updated the WordPress version to 5.5, some plugins, PHP version to 7.4, and updated the SSL certificate, the vendor dashboard is not working properly, all the dropdown menus are not working, Is the CSS seems to be the problem? I already deactivated all the plugins except for woocommerce and wcmp, and started activating the plugins consecutively, but the error still there. https://snipboard.io/hF3DqN.jpg
Almost a month, WordPress 5.5 has come-up with major jQuery update. As because it’s a major update and majority were facing issues- WordPress team was already aware of this situation and has released a plugin, to get immediate relief you can install it too- https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. Infact, WCMp was also made compatible with version 5.5 on immediate basis, as because plugin was facing backend issue not frontend.
Meanwhile, Please check closely, you might be facing more functionality related issues in frontend due to jQuery update. Please contact the theme’s developers to see if they have an update, as this needs to be fixed at theme’s end. Kindly let us know otherwise. Will look into your matter with utmost priority.
Good to know, just a suggestion- for long term fix, please get in touch with the theme author. For now, I’m closing this link, please feel free to open a new thread in case you need our assistance.
