When a vendor tries to click on Request Withdrawal at his shop admin page, then he gets an error.The page is at https://www.handartisan.gr/dashboard/vendor-withdrawal/
Please check the image. The threshold payment is 1€ and user clicks at every sale profit, in order to get paid.

KeymasterHi @Kyriakos, May I know what payment method is used by the vendor for their payment? Maybe you are using PayPal/Stripe, in that case, please check the log file of our plugin dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor via FTP.
Share that error log message with us, so we can help you out accordingly.

Keymaster@Kyriakos, whether you are paying one vendor or multiple vendors, but you still need approval from PayPal for this, this is why PayPal is giving this error.
Once they will authenticate your account, you can pay the vendor without any issue.

Keymaster@Kyriakos, the error we have shared last day is coming from PayPal for your account, when our plugin is requesting your PayPal to pay the vendors. That is why we asked you to contact PayPal, why they are throwing this error at the time of paying the vendors.
I would love to help you out, but this error comes from PayPal, so without their help, it is really difficult to locate the issue.
We will wait for PayPal’s response.

That is the only Vendors enabled payment option…

You need to enable this option from the PayPal account. Can you please ask them how can you enable this option.

So what do you suggest for next please?
I told you that I DO NOT NEED to send money in batch. Please read my previous messages.

Keymaster@Kyriakos, I undertsand you are getting confused. Let me explain the code to you.
– Even if you are paying one vendor at a time
– WCMp uses PayPal Payout API to pay one vendor too.
– Now PayPal Payout needs you to enable “Payout” option in your PayPal account, even for one vendor
– So, whether you are paying one vendor/ paying multiple vendors by batch, you need to enable the “Payout” option of your account.Let me know if you need any further explanation.

ParticipantNo, I think you have some communication issue. They refuse to enable me the Payout mode, and tell me to send money manually with ‘Send money’ function through my PayPal account.
They refuse to answer directly and enable my Payout mode. So I can not use your PayPal payment through Vendor page right now.
