This issue is something completely unfamiliar. I would advice you to conduct the tests mentioned below:
System Status – Please check the system status at the backend, here is the path: Wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> System Status. Here check the sentence in the red color. If you still face the issue here then move to next test.
Plugin deactivate – Please deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce. and try to activate WCMp. If you again face the same issue the move to “theme switch” step or activate all the plugins one by one, in this way you would also we able to find the plugin due to which the issue was coming.
Theme switch – Please switch to some other theme like twentySixteen and check for the issue.
