      Vendors have been registering successfully.

      But all of a sudden after registration, the website shows ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’.

      As the ADMINISTRATOR, I am able to see that the registration was successful and they can access their dashboard after approval, but the error still keeps on showing for new vendors instead of showing them their dashboard immediately.

      Also, as the ADMINISTRATOR, when I created a new product, assigned it to a vendor and added a commission, the error also showed up.

      But when I created a product without assigning it to a vendor or setting a commission, the error did not show up, instead it showed that the product was successfully published.

      Please kindly help.

      Please enable the debug mode of your site and follow the same flow. This should give you the error message. Kindly share the error message with us, so we can assist you accordingly.

      Alternatively, you can share a temporary admin, FTP access so we can check. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      you are facing the issue due to your email server settings as you can see here on your site https://scrnli.com/T93J7lO29nBIsc. No woocommerce emails are found. Please enable it.

      We have checked your site. Your woocommerce emails are still not visible on the woocommerce email section. We are using woocommerce email. You must enable the woocommerce email section.
