      We have configure the auto disburse method hourly for the vendor but not working also their is no error in the log file please help me in this issue

      Can you please double-check these settings :
      – You have configured the PayPal/Stripe details via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment.
      – The vendors have provided their PayPal/stripe info.

      All the information is given the process is working when we are using testing mode but now as we go live the process is not working the payment is just going to our main account but not dispersing to the vendor

      Hi, I had installed a plugin called file manager to check the log file of our plugin. There we get this error :
      {“name”:”AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE”,”message”:”Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing Authorization header.”,”links”:[{“href”:”https:\/\/developer.paypal.com\/docs\/api\/overview\/#error”,”rel”:”information_link”}]}

      This means your PayPal account is not authenticated. So, please contact PayPal regarding this.

      1:- Which account you mean?? the store owner account or the vendor account?
      2:- Now the commission is not send so on new schedule do wc market place again try to send old commissions also??
      3:- When i see the log file there is no error please help me on this.

      Please do access the ftp and goto our plugin folder dc-multivendor. In this folder you can see a log file.

      So, please clear the log and wait an hour. Here you will receive updated message from PayPal. Do share that log with us.

      Alternatively, share the ftp access so we can check.

      Thanks for the information i have checked the log files and i see the errors please can you ans these question so i can be clear about the error

      1- What does this error means??
      2-If this error means authentication of paypal account. Which account authentication is required i mean the main store owner paypal account or the vendor account who is receiving the payment? please help me on this
      3-And how can we remove this error please can you ans these questions thanks

      Hi @sa0998, this basically means the PayPal details you have added via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> PayPal, is not authenticated.

      Hence you need to contact PayPal so they can authenticate the account. Only then the error will be gone.

      Thanks for your reply i am want to know that the authentication issue is with the store owner account or the vendor paypal account please first confirm this??? the info we have added for the store owner as you mentioned we see the option is Paypal Payout their is just Client Id and Client Secret which we have added from our paypal developer dashboard and the credentials are correct.

      Lets say the authentication is incorrect so why our store owner paypal account is receiving the payment and just our vendor account is not receiving please can you clear these points thanks

      @sa0998, the store owner needs to authenticate the account. The basic authentication needed from PayPal, so you can pay multiple vendors.
