I am stuck in vendor membership page, the flow seems to be wrong. after i press subscribe, i keep on going back to membership plan page

Hi @dstanpeichuen,
We didn’t face any such issue on our end. This is working perfectly. Maybe you have added any custom code in your theme or using any plugin. On your site, 70 plugins are activated. So please deactivate all your plugin except woocommerce, wc marketplace, membership, and a default theme like twenty seventeen. Then check this issue resolved or not. If work then activates your all plugin and theme one by one to debug this issue.

I have a problem on WCMP payment page, once i need back to plan by not selected any payment method its become error. I have attached screenshot to you. please assist me and let me know. Thank you

Hi

I have sent this issue again regarding back to plan button payment method page. On WCMP payment page, once I need back to plan by not selected any payment method its become error or the page is just show 0 number. I have attached screenshot to you and video. I have tried to deactivate all plugin except WCMP and add on plugins to find out the back to plan button is work or not but it not work. This is urgent for me, hope you understand.

please assist me and let me know as soon as possible.

I have the same issue… the back to plan page gives blank page with zero.

I think.. I was able to recreate the issue. If I create a vendor with plan one (say free plan)… then upgrade/downgrade from dashboard.. then select a non-free plan and then try to go back to plan page.. I get the zero page.
It will be great if Raju would have not replied to in private so I could have fixed the issue myself.
