Stripe payment gateway does not give the commissions to my vendor it would be very nice.
My vendor connected an account yesterday, and apparently I have follow your documentation. But when I did a payment test I received 100% of the payment in my Stripe and my vendor nothing. Is commission and the order is howether well registered in WCmp. We programmed to open this morning with our vendor (client) and we are allready late. What could it be.

@william333 Let me clear that logic here. As soon as, the customer pays for the product, that will be transferred to the admin’s account i.e. you are receiving the 100% payment. Once the product is marked as shipped, the disbursement of the commission takes place. Then only the vendor and admin can see their separate earnings.
I hope this clears the confusion.

@william333 You are using Stripe adaptive, in that case as soon as the payment is done by the customers, based on the percentage set, the earning divides and goes to the Admin as well as vendor’s account.
William disables all the plugins except Woocommerce, Stripe and see whether the problem exists.

Just received an email from you saying that the Stripe adaptative do not work at all. And I realise you are the same person I talk with from 2 days in the forum…
So you let me, your user, try during 2 days to fix a problem that will never works. First of all I lose time, the only thing that we cannot replace, then I lose credit with my client that have set the stripe connect.
The Stripe adaptative should not be part of the plugin at all if it doesn’t work…
And the worst part is that you propose me “If you do need it fixed urgently, please avail our paid support.”. What’s the point if the system doesn’t work?
I was really ready to use your solution and to install your other plugins but I need to work with trustable systems and people. Sorry.
I really hope that this review will help you to improve your company.

@william333 Our office was closed for holidays and we just opened recently. As a result, we have tons of work in a queue which all needed to be solved. I get your point, but We are also doing our best to solve all issues.
That is why I tried to explain you earlier about the workflow of the Stripe Plugin so that the functionaries would be clear to you. As I said you earlier, we will be looking into the issue, but it may need some time.

When you activated the Stripe Adaptive, please make sure that the Payment Mode for the Selected Vendor has set to “Stripe Payment”.
