We noticed that the Timezone for vendors across our site is set for UTC+0 automatically, but the WordPress site is set for Chicago time and it’s messing with the Store Hours option. How do we adjust the vendor’s timezone? The field is not adjustable within Vendors > Store. It’s grayed out.
Update. After going into the vendor’s profile and adjusting their profile to the right timezone (it would still be great to be able to remove the gray timezone field so Admins can adjust), the Store Hours area is still using UTC+0 timezone regardless of what the vendor is set at.
For example, their store hours are set for 1000 – 1500. It’s currently 1453. But, when you visit their products is says they are closed. The overall Store Time is using UTC+0 time and not what’s set for the Vendor.
I presume that your issue is resolved, since, we haven’t heard back from you.
