Hi there,

So here is the crux of the issue. The main issue is the settings don’t match on the vendor dashboard.

Admin Account
So, I have created the various shipping methods for vendors based on their requirements in my admin account.

Vendor Account
I then want vendors to select or unselect the relevant methods in their shipping dashboard but flat rate appears as one option and this is the one that is the most variable as they all have different types of items and may not use the same flat rate delivery method.

Customer Account
Whereas in the basket you can see all the options for all the vendors.

I have updated the plugin, deleted all the shipping methods and tried adding them again and the same issue occurs.
You will also see from the link that all the shipping methods are showing for this vendor in the checkout but she doesn’t have any options selected in her account (last image Capture)

Hi,
Please make sure you are using our latest version of WCMp(3.5.14)
As per our default flow admin shipping methods can not show on the vendor dashboard, If you gives the capability to the vendor for adding shipping method via dashboard then only add “vendor shipping” method from Woocommerce >> shipping. Vendors will configure their shipping from the vendor dashboard.

Hi There,

Hope you are well.
That makes sense, but it means that each vendor has to create their own shipping methods. I wanted to make the process easier by creating their requested shipping method and them selecting their preferred option.

Is that possible in anyway?

Hi,
In our default flow vendor can only create their shipping methods only from vendor dashboard no admin shipping will add to the vendor database.
You can create vendor shipping also from admin dashboard >> WCMp >> Vendors >> all vendors >> Edit >> Vendor Shipping.
