Within the settings, I have checked this box

Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.

    under “What To Pay.”

Yet, the vendor isn’t getting the shipping charge. A shipping amount was definitely charged and paid for. It just didn’t go to the vendor.

    Suggestions?

@joekoday, can you please share the commission details page also, so we can help you out accordingly.

Not really sure what the commissions detail page is. If I click on the link to the order from the commissions page, it doesn’t show any calculation detail. It just shows the total amount of the commission paid.

In any case I am attaching a JPG of the order page itself and of the commission page.

This vendor is set to receive 95% of the product price. And WCMP calculated that *perfectly*. The total order was $232 + $8 shipping. 95% of 232.00 = 220.40. That is to the penny what was paid out in commission. Absolutely no problem with that.

As you can see from the order detail, though, $8 was charged for shipping. From my previous email you’ll see that I have WCMP settings to pass through the shipping charge. That didn’t happen.

Turning on “Enable Vendor Shipping” did not work.

I turned on the “Enable Vendor Shipping.” There is nothing available from the Vendor’s dashboard.

Your own documentation says: “WC Marketplace uses Flat Rate concept as the base of shipping cost.”

    https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-shipping/

The shipping method which has to be used is a table method. Every 2 items incurs an $8 charge for shipping. If only 1 item is purchased, it’s $8. If it’s 2, it’s $8. If it’s 3 or 4, it’s $16. 5 or 6 is $24. And so on.

    Any suggestions?

    Update:

Even though the shipping table does not appear on the Vendor Dashboard, I just ran a test order through. The MAJORITY of the shipping charge WAS passed through to the commission program. Of $16, $15.99 was passed through.

The order itself came to exactly $100. With this client, they receive 95% commission. The commission was calculated properly and they were paid $95. Then, $15.99 was paid for shipping. (Why on earth would it drop a penny?)

I will continue testing. But for my purposes, if this holds, this will work. I REALLY don’t want my vendors configuring shipping costs. That way leads to madness. 🙂
