How hard was it for you to explain the change of concept and migrator in respond to my first post? The issue was clear. Does it take 2 weeks of back and forth to give a straight answer? VERY DISAPPOINTING!
In addition to the migration and product query search we have been having an unexpected issue with payment processing where the checkout page greys out causing duplicate orders. At first I thought it was another plugin causing the issue, it turns out WCMarketplace was the culprit. So I ended up completely deactivating all your plugins.
@dplaza, we are really sorry for this inconvenience. Before the update with 3.2+, we did rigorous testing on our end and then published the update. Many of our users are using this version, unfortunately, this issue is only happening for your site.
I understand you are facing the issue in your live site, and you can keep our plugin deactivated there.
We really do want to debug this issue further, so it will be really helpful if you can share the staging site with us.
