      I have noticed that when ORDERS are refunded (through STRIPE) the commission is not refunded.
      After I refunded the order, the commission remains the same, and thus pays out to the vendor and bank.

      This is an example of one site.
      Please help check:
      Failed Order# 13006,11739,12788,12746,12612,12609,12125,11949,11857,11282,9859
      Cancelled Order# 13506, 13086, 11739

      Hi,
      When you refund an order from the stripe then you must refund it from woocommerce backend also. Because same as woocommerce refund is manual in our plugin. No, you don’t get back this commission money.

      I refund from the woocommerce back end.

      These orders, despite refunding from the back end of woocommerce, still paid out the commission.

      Hi, if the parent order is refunded, the order status of the parent order number becomes refunded too. However, that will not change the order status of the child order too. Hence you have to change the order status as “refunded” of the child order too.

      For the failed or canceled order, please note WCMp will pay the commission, whose order status is either processing or completed. Can you please check the order status of those suborder.
      Yes, please do share a temporary admin, ftp access fo your staging site, so we can look into this issue there. While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
