>> Catalog Enquiry is a messaging system where emails are being sent to vendors and customers regarding product queries.. In order to place a query for any product, the customers need to visit ta product page. Here admin can also see the queries made by customers.
However on the other hand WCMp Vendor Live chat is a live chat option where vendors need to stay online and the mailing system doesn’t come into action. But, Live chat is between only vendors and customers regarding any query i.e. order or product etc..
-On the product pages, how do I change the text “Send an Enquiry” to something else?

-How do buyers delete enquiries from their account area (screenshot attached)?
>>The customer cannot delete the enquiry from their end.
However, if the vendor or admin closes the enquiry for any product of that customer from the vendor dashboard or admin dashboard then the enquiry gets removed from the customer’s my account page.
-Also, how do I change the verbiage from enquiries to something else? It’s on buttons, emails, messages, etc. And, there are no options to change it but in a few places – but not for all of them.
