    Hello,

    I was solving some vendor dashboard problems using another topic but that was closed and I can’t keep submitting issues using that same topic, so, in the last iteration, the @moumita found a functions I’ve created that is taking off the orders to be shown on the vendor dash, that’s okay, the functions has been disabled, but some problems continues, please someone help me with this screenshot attached.

    Can we disable some plugin/theme for testing purposes?

    Hello @moumita, sure, you can. This site is in development yet, you can disable plugins and/or themes as you want, please just take care with some plugins settings to be reseted.

    @leandrobschulz, the issue you are facing is coming from the theme.

    However, FTP access is not working. Can you please check again.

    I haven’t heard nothing about you last days and my website is totally broken now, can you please just give some news? See the screenshot attached, that’s how it looks now. Maybe you’re working on it, right? Thanks for your help.

    @leandrobschulz, the page builder plugin was disabled. We have enabled them, but we didn’t add any modification that will cause this issue.

    Now, can you please share the theme file overdrive, so we can check the theme conflict issue.

    I can’t found words to say thanks. I’m very excited I have my website again, thanks. Can you please explain what was the problem? No problem if you have to say here technical details, that’s just so I can note it as a problem history and pay some attention in a way to prevent the same problem again.
