Plugin not updating Resolved

Hi! I have this plugin and I got the following message:
A new version of WCMp Vendor Staff is available. See the details of version 1.1.6 . Automatic update is not available for this plugin.
When trying to update it manually, I left if updating for several hours and nothing happened.
I tried yesterday and today again
Can you please update it or fix it?

@Ciberyak, not to worry.
Goto Wp-admin >> Dashboard >> Updated and click On “Check Again”.
Then update the plugin from there.

This is the place where I have been trying to update the plugin manually, together with the guys from the server.
I press update, it takes forever, I leave it there for hours, it gets into a Limbo and nothing happens. No error, nothing.
But the plugin doesn´t update.
Can you please let me know how can I update it?

I already did (if you read what I told you), and I got the message saying that I have already installed this plugin. What should I do to overwrite it?

I guess you have all my information in my client account. I would be more proactive and look into this before waiting for the answer from the client, just to delay the solution. Right?

I wrote to you but I didn´t get any reply since 14 September, and the coupon that you gave me is not working.
I tried to used the the coupon that you gave me with all the plugins and I got the following message “Coupon usage limit has been reached.”
So I only managed to download one.
If I download one by one all the addons (as I started to do with one of them), it creates an individual annual subscription for each of the addons, so by next year I will need to pay for all the addons individually instead of the full package that I bought (which is cheaper).
So can you tell me how can I apply the coupon to my full subscription without having to apply it to all the plugins individually?
I can also see that you passed the charge to my bank account, but I told the bank not to proceed it anymore. I don´t want to pay more than double when I renew my license by next year for the same plugins because you automatically creates a subscription that charges into my bank account.
Can you cancel the subscription for the individual plugin that I just “paid” separately?
Do I need to change the APIs for all the new plugins whenever you tell me how to download them (the coupon is not working anymore)

I have replied back there, and waiting for your help, as I renewed the license following your indications, it showed up as active. I downloaded the plugins and when I entered again the license showed up as “on-hold” and all the plugin downloads and APIs keys had disappeared.
Can you please help?
