    Hola que tal, el pago dividido entre administrados y usuario el woocommerce si lo identifica pero el pago lo hace al adminstrador y no divide entre adminstrados y usuario o vendedor.

    Esto es problema de stripe.¿¿

    Hi @Alberto, thanks for the query and sorry to the delayed response.

    The default flow of WC Marketplace only handles the payment from admin to the vendor. Hence WooCommerce handles the payment from the customer to admin, therefore admin will get the whole amount.

    Now as per WCMp Schedule and payment mode (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m7tciu), the vendor will get their part of the commission.

    If you want the vendor to get paid directly when the customer pays for the order, then you may use WCMp Stripe Marketplace (https://wc-marketplace.com/product/wcmp-stripe-marketplace/). Hence, admin and vendor will get their part of the money instantly from the checkout page.

    ¨Tengo un problema y es que en el panel de Stripe con Connect no aparece el Settings
    y no puedo segúir. según sus manuales

    @alberto88momguo, Stripe has changed their navigation, now you can access the connect settings from this link directly – https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/applications/settings

    We have also updated the document as per that.

    No conecta, separa las cantidades y todo lo demas parece correcto, pero al no conectar con stripe, pues no llegara su dinerete.

    @alberto88momguo, we needed one vendor access too.

    However as the admin is not working, hence we can’t add any vendor.

    Also, can we add our test stripe account details so we can test.

    @alberto88momguo, We are getting this error :

    }

    It means that the redirect url has not been set.
    – So navigate to WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Stripe and copy the redirect link (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/n7e7el).
    – Now goto this link https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/applications/settings and paste the redirect url.

    After that check, the stripe connects flow also.

    Let us know if this fixed the issue.

    @alberto88momguo, as shared by Stripe error, it seems like you need to change the “Payout” mode to Manual from automatic. So, kindly goto this link https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts and change the payment mode.

    Then try withdrawal commission mode again.

    @alberto88momguo, the error message comes from Stripe, hence it will print the message in the same language that stripe is sending.

    For Product Manager tab, please check whether “Publish Button” is active via WCMp >> Settings >> Capability.

    Also, to disable test mode, make sure you have disabled the “Test Mode” via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Stripe Gateway.

    @alberto88momguo, it seems like some plugin is causing conflict issue, just to be sure please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce, WC Marketplace, WCMp Stripe Marketplace and check again.

    Hola, al principio de instalar WCmp si salia bien el apartado de producto, al comprar el plugin de pago es cuando lo a retirado.

    @alberto88momguo, by payment plugin if you are referring to Stripe, then this plugin doesn’t remove the Capability tab, as you can see here –

    I presume some other plugin is causing this. Just to be sure please create a staging site and disable the plugins one by one, to check which plugin is causing this.
