Hi Support,
When a vendor receives an order and go to the vendor dashboard, how come the order doesn’t show up in the Pending Shipping section? See attached.
The second image shows that the order is just placed and has not been marked shipped yet.

@nlschutz Thanks for sharing us the screenshots. The vendor should receive the pending shipping notification, but as we can see that the there is no sale under “Today’s Sale”. So, can you please check whether you are able to see the pending shipping when you switch to weekly sale (see the attachment)
