    We’re having a problem with there being no way to add an address to display on the map for users viewing vendor deals on our site. Can you please explain how to resolve this?

    We are using the KUPON theme found here: https://themeforest.net/item/group-buying-theme-daily-deals-marketplace-kupon/12372781
    and if the vendor submits their deal thru front end of the KUPON theme, they have the ability to add the address for their deal/offer and it displays on the map. But if they try to submit it thru the WC Marketplace Frontend Manager, there is nowhere for them to add an address for their offers, therefor it does not show up on our websites map.

    We can provide you with vendor login details to test and see for yourself what is happening if there is a way to provide it privately

    Please explain how to fix this issue..?

    As I can see you are trying to use some theme frontend to submit the products. We request you do a screen capture of the issue you are facing and share the video with us. Please capture deal submission through KUPON and WCMp Frontend Manager both.

    Also, it would be better if you could provide a temporary vendor and admin access for your website. Make sure to mark the reply as private while sharing credentials.

    Robert, as we can see this PDF Voucher plugin sends pdf to customers, as they are compatible with WooCommerce.

    However, all the emails sent to the vendors are triggered by WC Marketplace. Hence, do you want this pdf voucher to sent to the vendors too?

      As long as the paying customer receives the PDF voucher to redeem from the vendor and the vendor receives some type of notification that a sale was just made….the vendor doesn’t necessarily have to receive the PDF as their paying customer.

      I just wasn’t sure what solution to use to ensure the customer received something that they could redeem to the vendor. It looks like this plugin will work. Thank you!

      BTW, an INVOICE is something that you have to pay. These people have ALREADY PAID for their items. WE do not need to send out invoices! We need to send them PDF Vouchers for their purchases to redeem to our vendors.

      Please provide a workable solution!

    This issue just started yesterday after purchasing, installing and activating this plugin which claims to be compatible with WC Marketplace https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-pdf-vouchers-wordpress-plugin/7392046

    If we cannot use this plugin then which solution do you offer so that our paying customers receive a PDF Voucher for their purchase to redeem to our Vendors? We’ve had one issue after another with your WC Marketplace for over a MONTH now! This needs to be resolved ASAP!

    Please provide a solution that works.

    @support10, we haven’t worked with WooCommerce PDF Vouchers. Hence we would request you to contact their plugin author and report this issue to them.

    They will be able to help you out here better.

      Here is what their support team is telling me about the PDF Vouchers….but I do not see any such Product Settings. Please explain to me where this setting is located so I can set it up correctly….?

      Yes, the product should be downloadable.

      You do not need to edit any orders. Just go to the product settings and make all products downloadable once and it will work.

    HI Moumita,

    It’s starting to become more and more obvious that the WC Marketplace portfolio is not compatible with our theme / vendor frontend registration nor the Woocommerce PDF Vouchers plugin that we need to use. Ironically, both are compatible and perfectly integrate with WC Vendors Pro.

    We specifically chose WC Marketplace Pro thinking it was a better and more affordable product for us to use but here we are over a month in trying to integrate your product with our site and frontend vendor registration process and we’re still dealing with problem after problem after problem.

    I’m going to try a few other things today and will come to a final conclusion on whether WC Marketplace is going to work or not. If it does not work with the next few things we will try today…..who/how do I need to contact to get a full refund so we can then move on to buying and using WC Vendors Pro?

    Hi @support10, we understand your situation.

    However, let us help you out with the flow. The checkout gets totally carried out by WooCommerce, hence WC Marketplace doesn’t control the checkout, payment and redirection flow. Now as per the links it seems like the PDF Voucher plugin is controlling the redirection also.

    Now, maybe there is some compatibility issue of PDF voucher plugin with WC Marketplace, hence the customer is not able to see the pdf too and facing issue with redirection.

    But, please note the PDF Voucher plugin is a third party plugin and we haven’t tested this on our end. So, it will be helpful if you can contact the plugin author of PDF Voucher plugin and report this issue. As they have worked on this compatibility, hence they will be able to help you out better.

    If they need any help from our end, please do let us know.

    Also, just to help you out further, I would recommend you to create a staging site and install WooCommerce, WC Marketplace and then check the payment flow again. Keep us posted.

      Hi Moumita,

      You see there in lies the issue…..you’re telling me to contact them and I have, did and will continue via skype / sharescreen call and they are helping me this way……and yet they are saying that the issue is with you and that I should contact you…..and unfortunately, the two of you do not want to work together so because of this we will have no other option than to request a full refund and use WC Vendor Pro to make our website work because we are out of time and now need results not excuses.

      So please tell me what process we need to go thru to get a full refund?

      Not sure whose email you’re looking for…PayPal or WP Web’s for the PDF voucher? But either way, you can contact them directly if you really want to get this resolved.

      Regarding the refund, unfortunately we’ve had nothing but one issue after another with your multivendor plugin since we first purchased it and til today still cannot launch our website because of the ongoing issues. So here are the two options I’m going to give you regarding the refund.

      1. Do the right thing and issue a full refund and get your product to work correctly and leave open the possibility that we can do business again in the future for some of upcoming projects. OR

      2. I’ll file a chargeback with my payment provider and then file a negative reporting on RipOffReport.com

      Of these two options which do you prefer?

    @support10, the checkout with PayPal gets carried out by WooCommerce, hence WC Marketplace doesn’t control the redirect issue at all.

    That is why, we have recommended you to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and check the payment flow, you shouldn’t face any issue then. Now, as PDF Voucher plugin is saying that this issue is coming from us, that is why we needed to contact them, to understand why they are telling this. So, yes we will contact them.

      We have the same exact site setup here https://savenwin.com/dailydeals/ that is working perfectly fine. The ONLY exception is that SaveNWin.com is use WC Vendor not WC Marketplace. SaveNWin’s site is not having any of these issues we’ve faced using WC Marketplace. This is why I said to do the right thing and issue a full refund and get your product working and perhaps we will be a future customer again. This has cost me and my team over a month of our time!!!
