when i assign vendor for my product, i can’t display vendor name on my shop page…

The default flow of our plugin displays the name of the vendor if the admin has enabled the “Sold By” option via WCMp >> Settings >> Frontend.

If this option is enabled and you are still facing the issue, then please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and check the shop page again. Even if the vendor’s name is not getting displayed, then please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.

yes i did. My site has 3 language. My main language has no problem.But my second language still can’t display vendor name.

i switch my theme but my problem not resolving. My site main language donn’t have any problem,but my second language can’ display vendor name also i switch theme.
i can give username and pass for my site admin info.

Please provide us the name of the main language of your site.

Please do share us one temporary admin access and vendor access so that we can look into this. While sharing us the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

Also, please note, we might switch the theme again and disable some plugin to check whether there is some plugin conflict issue.

@zynpckr269453 In order to display the same product in other languages, first you need to clone the product, like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4if5anyCUtE

This will display the product on the shop page.

Now, you need to assign the vendor to the product (see the attachment), so that when the customer will choose a product, he/she can see the product and the associated vendor also.

We presume if you follow the above steps, it should resolve the issue you are facing.
