      Hi guys,

      I’ve noticed that the Low Stock emails and Out of stock emails to vendors are triggering twice. Vendors receive 2 low stock emails at the same time and 2 out of stock emails at the same time as well.

      Please could you look into this issue? I’m looking for a way to fix this and have vendors receive only 1 email for out of stock and 1 email for low stock.

      Hi @Madalina, after hearing from you, we checked this on our end. We have received only one mail, as you can see : https://drive.google.com/file/d/11lcC_gK6xSttybEWFXOpDZHaDxx-UNG-/view?usp=sharing

      Now as you are facing this issue, can you create vendor access with this email contact@wc-marketplace.com and share temporary admin access, so we can check this issue in your site.

      While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Hi,

      I’ve just tested it again and the emails are still triggered twice. I was wondering if it would be better to de-install the plugin and install it again, but I’m having trouble finding the order that I’ve placed so I can download it together with the API key.

      I think since you’ve changed your website my orders have been removed, so cannot find it. I still have the email confirmation, but no access to the download and API key.

      Also, I was thinking that maybe the issue might occur because of a code added to my site a while ago. Please see the ticket regarding this: https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/topic/issue-in-low-stock-emails/

      Can you please tell me where it was the code added so I can remove it and test again? (couldn’t find it in the Functions.php of the child theme)

      @Madalina, This code shouldn’t trigger double mail. As we have only added the fix via template override.

      For the order issue, can we check your order page, therefore we have to reset your password.

      Thanks to you I’ve managed to find it, download it but the API key is not activating even though has not yet ended.

      Could you please have a look at the API key?

      After the add keys again.
