      on iPhone X, the form is unusable. The video shows our site, but we tried your demo version too (https://wcmpdemos.com/addon/catalog_enquiry/) and it’s the same.

      Can you fix this ASAP please?

      @jamie We tested the form on our side, but not able to find the issue now. Can you please share us some screenshot, highlighting the area so that we can inspect the issue further.

      Thanks. Might be specific to iPhone – or just iPhone X. The cursor keeps jumping around.

      It also happens on your example of the plugin.

      It might be specific to some device only because we checked the same on our side. We are not able to recreate the same issue.

      Well yes – I told you that in the very first message 9 days ago. iPhone X and also some other versions of iPhone.

      Have you rolled out the fix on your latest release?

      Sorry – but this is a pretty weak response. “We don’t know”. The reason I didn’t try to fix it myself is that I didn’t want it to break again if I update the plugin.

      I only remembered to come and check this because I was about to recommend your plugin within a wordpress group – to someone asking for wishlist plugin better than the others out there. And it is – it’s a great plugin. If you don’t have the devices to test it, you need to buy them so you can recreate the problem.

      I have the same issue – if someone I make a site for says “It doesn’t work on my computer/phone” then I can’t just say “it’s ok for me”.

      I’m actually furious at your response.

      @jamie, we understand, the cursor issue is a critical issue from the UI point of view.

      However, as we are not able to recreate the issue on our side, so we need help from your end.

      First, do you just want to fix the cursor jumping issue for the date picker or the whole form?
      Also, will it be okay, if we will hide the cursor from the date picker?

      Hi Guys

      This is an issue which affects your plugin on everybody’s site.

      You charge money for people like me to use it. So it’s your issue to sort.

      You need to fix it, then update the version, and let people know.

      If you can’t recreate the problem – find somebody with an iPhone X.

      I want you to fix the whole form.

      It is not my job to help you fix your plugin, unless you want to pay me to do so.

      Jamie, we are able to resolve some issues like cursor height and blinking in your site. However, we are yet to resolve the cursor issue on the date picker.

      Guys – this has been going on for ages. What are you doing to resolve this please?

      Just to be clear – this isn’t only on our site – it applies to any site which uses your plugin. We were going to use it on another site, but we can’t until it works.

      @jamie, in these time duration, we tried to reproduce the issue using another medium. However, I am afraid we still are not able to reproduce the same. Until we have iPhone -x it will be difficult for us to view and resolve the issue.
