I am trying to get Vendor Vacation to stop the Quick View button from showing when the vendor is on vacation. I think the correct hook in Quick View is ‘wc_quick_view_pro_show_button_in_shop’ as changing this to ‘false’ in their code stops it showing, but everywhere of course. I have tried both Quick View Pro and Woocommerce Quick View, neither stop ordering when the vendor is on vacation.
I assume the correct hook in Vendor Vacation is ‘$today_is_avoided’ but I could be completely wrong, most of my success with php filters has been either accidental or with a lot of help!
Am I completely on the wrong track or just writing the filter wrong, any help much appreciated.
I am afraid, ‘$today_is_avoided’ , which you though as a action / filter is just a variable. Currently there is no such hook / filter / function that will return that whether today is on vacation or not.
You need to do some custom coding to achieve the same, you can check the section we wrote to generate that variable as a reference.
Kindly let us know if you need any further help in that development.
