How to add Vendor staff to store Resolved

      Hi, my team and I have purchased the WCMp Bundle and cannot seem to find the way to add vendor staff through this “add-on”. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of knowledge base material surrounding this. I need you help to figure this out.

      Things that I do know:
      1. We’ve added our license and it (the license) shows up with the rest of the licenses in the backend.
      2. There is no other backend menu item to be found for admin control of vendor staff.
      3. There is no front end menu or settings showing for store admin to add vendor staff.

      Please help ASAP as I need to move past this.

      We are really sorry for this inconvenience, I have added the attachment of the Vendor Staff Doc.

      Now coming to the queries :

      1. We’ve added our license and it (the license) shows up with the rest of the licenses in the backend.
      >> You will be able to view all the add-on under WP-admin >> WCMp Licence. Here you will get all the names of the addon in a separate tab and provide their license key.

      2. There is no other backend menu item to be found for admin control of vendor staff.
      >> As this is vendor staff, here vendor can only add their staff and share the work amongst them. Admin has no such settings for this.

      3. There is no front-end menu or settings showing for store admin to add vendor staff.
      >> Vendor Staff has no menu on the admin side. The vendor can access the menu via their backend and add the staff.

      We have the front end manager set up to prevent the vendor from going through the backend. What are our options to make sure that they can make these adjustments from a front end UI?

      Im just speculating but I would imagine that when your team built the front end manager for vendors, it would of been beneficial to the purchaser to make sure that all your add-ons work with the front end manager.

      My hope is that I am wrong on this and that you surprise me with a “just click this button to activate”.

      Hi @plmojica can you please share us the order number or registered email id (make sure to mark the reply as private) so that we can share you the updated plugins, along with WCMp Vendor Staff, where the vendor can add their staff from the frontend of the site.
