This is what the page looks like after I choose a “join” option from the membership page. See attached.
Why is the background black on this page?
Where do I edit this page? I would like to add a top image to this page using the Divi builder in Divi theme, but cannot find the page.
      Thank you.

Also, the “Join now” button on the membership details page is not clickable. When I click on it, nothing happens.

The vendor membership page is coming from a template, its not a page in WordPress.

Kindly override the Vendor membership page by copying wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan_single.php to yourtheme/wcmp-vendor-membership/wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan_single.php.

Regarding the button click part, can you kindly share the site url so that we can check the same.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

      Thanks.
Could you please provide some more detail on how to copy wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan_single.php? Do you mean I should copy all the code on wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan_single.php and create a new page called Divi/wcmp-vendor-membership/wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan_single.php and paste the code from the original page there?

For the button issue the site is a staging site http://staging.strange-ball.flywheelsites.com/ To view the site username is flywheel and pw this-week (just viewing login, not admin login so no worries about posting here).

      Thanks,
      Jan

      @Jan Ferrigan
Regarding the code part, you need to copy that to your child theme folder and have to overwrite the template. A coding skill is required to do the same.

Regarding the button, it seems like a theme issue, will you please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again whether the Membership page is visible properly as well as the button.

If it is a theme issue, kindly let us know so that we can assist you accordingly.

It appears to be a theme issue. The page displays nicely and button works when I switched to Twenty Sixteen. See attached. The only problem with the Twenty Sixteen display is the paragraph breaks in the membership description are not showing. Is that the case with all themes?

The site is built in Divi.

      Thanks,
      Jan

As this is a theme issue, please provide us the admin access and ftp/cPanel access so that we can look onto this and fix it.

While sharing us the access don’t forget to mark the reply as private.

Looking for your co-operation regarding the same.

Thanks so much for fixing the theme issue with membership page.

I am now having trouble with the vendor registration page. When I click “register” nothing happens. See http://staging.strange-ball.flywheelsites.com/wcmp_vendor_registration/ Is that a problem with the paypal or stripe setup or something else?

      Thank you!

Yes, you have to configured your PayPal account, for this navigate to WCMp >> Settings >> Membership >> Payment settings and provide the credentials.

You may also refer to our video tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uS7WHC-qXug

Let us know if you have any further query.

Ok. I see the Paypal settings in WC Membership. I do not see Stripe setup info in WC Membership. I guess this means all vendors need to use Paypal for their payments?
      Thanks.

Yes, you are right. In our current version the vendors can only pay via their PayPal account and card. We have not enabled Stripe payment there. If you want you can integrate Stripe to WCMp Vendor Membership, you can to do that by some coding level customisation.

Let me know if you have any other query.

I thought the theme issue with the vendor membership details page was fixed, but just noticed that the text at the top of the page is still hidden under the navigation bar on the membership details page
      see – http://staging.strange-ball.flywheelsites.com/membershipplan/partner/ or attached.
      Thanks.

What browser are you using? I still see it on mozilla, explorer and google chrome. This shot is from google chrome. This is my first time viewing the site on chrome on this device, so it can’t be a cache issue. Also cleared cache in mozilla and still see it.

Is it possible to make the member details shortcode on a page? If it ia an editable page, I can fix it.

      Thanks for your help.
