      After enabling WCMp Enquiry Pro, the enquiry form button on variable product page doesn’t work.

      On non variable product button works but default Button Text ‘Send an Enquiry’ can’t be changed.

      Both things work on WC Enquiry, after disabling WCMp Enquiry Pro plugin.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      The enquiry cart button is working fine at our end.
      Regarding the other part, you can change the name of the enquiry button from admin dashboard >> catalog >> settings >> button appearance >> change the button name and enable the your own button style as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/wosmeq)

      Kindly check the same at your end and let us know.

      Hello,

      Thank you for the screenshot, after enabling pro version of plugin it’s necessary to enable ‘own button style’.

      The form still doesn’t appear on variable product when you click the enquiry button (after enabling WCMp Enquiry PRO). On non variable product button and the enquiry form work.

      Can you please check if you are using the updated version of WCMp Catalog enquiry pro (2.0.2).

      If the issue still exists even after using the updated version of the plugin then kindly check the theme and plugin conflict.

      May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
      Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

      Hello,

      I’m using WCMp Catalog enquiry pro (2.0.2). I tried to change the theme, the same problem.

      The enquiry form works on variable product with enabled WC Catalog Enquiry and disabled WCMp Catalog enquiry PRO plugin so I think the problem is pro plugin.

      Have you tested with enabled WC Catalog Enquiry (4.0.4) and WCMp Catalog enquiry pro (2.0.2)?

      Do you have any other suggestion?

      Kindly share a admin and vendor access (staging site) and FTP access so that the team can check the same at your staging site and help you accordingly.

      This error was caused by WC Catalog Enquiry plugin. I wrote about this problem in another topic and solved it on live site after increasing the memory limit to 400MB per process (I think that is more than enough for this type of website).

      You can click more than once on plugin settings page and set all things (this error message on your screenshot appears sometimes).

      Also, I can increase memory limit on staging site if necessary?

      or disable WC Enquiry plugin (website is fully functional without it) and you can enable it by your admin account?

      Memory was increased to 400MB per process on staging site.

      Is this model sustainable?
      WC Catalog Enquiry was developed for 1 store and may not be useful for 500 vendors or more..

      Please open more than one product on staging site, you can notice that it’s much slower than normal. If you disable WC Catalog Enquiry plugin, the website works great.

      Of course, first thing is that the enquiry form doesn’t work on variable product with WCMp Catalog enquiry PRO plugin enabled.

      The catalog enquiry pro is not updated to the latest version on your site as you can see here https://prnt.sc/100v7kh.
      Kindly update the Catalog enquiry pro to the latest version 2.0.2 and confirm us if the issue still exits.

      Plugin has been updated to 2.0.2 (didn’t automatically appear update in the list of plugins) with plugin zip file. The same issue exist on variable products.

      The WCMp plugin is not updated to the latest version as you can see here https://prnt.sc/103od3t
      Kindly update the WCMp plugin to the latest version (3.5.18) and check if you are still facing the issue.

      Plugin was updated to 3.5.18 on staging site, the same problem on variable products. We didn’t want to change plugins since topic was posted.

      Also new version of WCMP plugin was installed on the live site when new version was released, it also has the same issue.

      We have tested it on your site after decativating all 3rd party plugin and changing the theme to some default theme it is working fine as you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/c18996a01cdb46e6a28ced29c900436a

      Thank you for your response and testing.

      There is a conflict between YITH WooCommerce Wishlist and Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry PRO.
      (jquery error on loading page, Cannot read property ‘variation_id’ of undefined)

      With disabled WC Enquiry pro and enabled WC Catalog Enquiry and YITH WooCommerce Wishlist the enquiry forms on variable works. Also it works when YITH WooCommerce Wishlist is disabled and WC Catalog Enquiry and Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry PRO are enabled.

      Could you test these two plugins on your demo website and do you have any suggestion how to resolve this problem?

      We have not tested the compatibility of YITH Woocommerce Wishlist plugin with WCMp plugin so we will not be able to comment anything on it. However, you can do custom coding at your end to make it compatible with WCMp.

      Everything works fine without paid PRO version of plugin Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry pro and you suggested to solve the problem of pro plugin by ourselves even we paid a month ago the plugin which we can’t use?
