      Hi,
      I need help in sorting out duplicate pricing issues on our WordPress site.

      Since both the price has the same CSS class, we’re having trouble hiding one of them.

      Please help.

      Can you just speed up the support, please?
      Its been several days, I had opened the ticket provided login upfront but I still need to wait.

      Since this is a very common error and problem, I can only request you to please add this solution in your Knowledgebase or general troubleshoots.

      @Craig Lieberman, sorry for the delayed response.

      It seems like the cache is enabled from your server end, which is causing delay to check any changes in our modified code.
      It will be much faster if you can share the theme file with us overdrive, so we can install that on our end and help you out accordingly.

      Well, I do not consider myself as a WordPress Developer or Designer,
      However, it only took me 15 mins to find a solution to this problem and I did fix it.

      When I’m paying $100 for a plugin, I expect quick and sensible support.

      The entire category is excluded from the catalog plugin, but the pricing has still been replaced by CONTACT US (as per setup for other product categories).

      May I know how did you solve the issue. Regarding the category issue, can you confirm this. Whether disabling the theme, resolved the issue?

      Well, I never said it was a theme issue (about the duplicate pricing).

      Anyway, I fixed it via CSS, it was one of your own solution on other threads.

      I tried working with the category on a staging server with the Twenty Twenty theme and Catalog Pro plugin works as expected.

      However the problem exist on the live site, how can we fix this issue?

      @Craig Lieberman, the category issue is related to theme.

      The theme is using the same hook, that we use. Hence we need to look into their code. That is why, it is taking time.

      We will be able to give you update by EOD, also we might need help from the theme author too.

      I will keep you posted.

      We didn’t allow you to DEACTIVATE all our plugins and make changes on the LIVE site, did we?

      Now everything is messed up? And you people didn’t have the courtesy to switch the plugins back on?

      So, we presume some plugin might be adding this structure, hence we disabled the plugin. However you are right, we should have enabled the plugin back again, we are really very sorry for this inconvenience.

      We are looking into the code of the theme which is causing this issue. In the meantime, it will be really helpful if you can share the contact id of the theme, so we can contact them directly. This might help us resolve this issue faster.

      Hi @Craig, this issue is coming from your theme. As your theme hasn’t followed the WooCommerce Structure. They have overridden the content-product.php template of WooCommerce in their theme and removed the action of WooCommerce :

      do_action( 'woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title' );
      copy

      Now we use this action

      add_action('woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title' , array ($this, 'price_for_selected_product'),5);
      copy

      to add the exclusion category support. It will be difficult for us to edit the code of the theme file. So, please do contact the theme author and share our response with them. They need to add support of this action : add_action(‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title’, like any standard woocommerce theme.
