      Hello
      We have paid several commissions but it does not appear in the seller’s banking overview, no debit is reported and all new credits after payment do not also appear.
      In the history of retait no trace of payments.
      The starting balance and the closing balance show 0.
      But the last amount is correct with the payments.
      Help us solve this problem.

      I am not entitled to the seller’s password,
      but to log into the seller account, go to users — sellers and click on “log in as”. This will display in front of each user.

      Hi, I have checked your site and my repplies are inline :
      1. -When activating WCMp Advanced Vendor Report, it displays vendor errors.

      I am unable to recreate this issue so can you please share a video regarding this issue.

      2.In seller banking overview, some credits and debits are not displayed and the initial balance is the closing balance displays 0 for all sellers

      3.the report page is displayed white, nothing appears.

      This is now include in our defaul flow and i have found this tab is coming from a another plugin called “wcmp custom modification”. If this plugin is developed under custom work then kindly contact with our custom team regaedu=ing this issue.

      Note : Kindly first deactive the wcmp custom modification” plugin at your end and then check all the issue if you still faces the same issue then let us know after following replies from me and if you face issue after activate the plugin “wcmp custom modification” then kindly contact with our custom team.

      Hi @Kevajo,

      I could see there has been too many eduts done with database as well as core plugin. Given the situation, we would like to have a fresh staging website and you just install WooCommerce and WCMp plugins together with the custom plugin . we will check and activate the plugins from our end before debugging. Because you have made your own edits, it’s becoming a bit difficult to debug and find the root cause.

      Awaiting for the fresh testing environment.

      *Please don’t activate WCMp core plugin and addons before sending us, we wish to do it by ourself.

      To fix this kindly follow each step carefully :

      @kevajo, the issue is not from our plugin.

      Something has messed up with your database, you need to check either vendor terms are created properly and all the commissions and withdrawals settings are properly saved. you need to check step by step all the settings and data related to vendor, commissions and withdrawals.

      As a result, all the data coming from your database is causing the issue.

      So, please do ask your developer.

      @kevajo, this is not a setting related or plugin issue. If you will create a fresh site, and install WCMp, I can assure you none of the issues will be there. Becasue, as shared earlier something in your end, created an issue with your database.

      This is a custom work, which will take lots of debugging effort and time.

      HI, Its not a single table issue. THe issue may come from different table which is time taken task.
      You need to check every section of datbase regarding the vendor, payment and withrawals.
      something messed with your database which is your site specific issue so it will take good ammount of time to debug it.
