      As per Google Feed / Google Shopping standards, GTIN should be one of those codes:

      Types of GTINs
      GTINs vary in length depending on the type of product and where the product will be sold. Here are the different GTINs you might encounter:

      UPC (in North America / GTIN-12): 12-digit number (8-digit UPC-E codes should be converted to 12-digit UPC-A codes)
      EAN (in Europe / GTIN-13): 13-digit number
      JAN (in Japan / GTIN-13): 8 or 13-digit number
      ISBN (for books): 13-digit number (ISBN-10 values should be converted to ISBN-13)
      ITF-14 (for multipacks / GTIN-14): 14-digit number

      https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6219078?hl=en

      You may complete the liste with:

      JAN
      ITF-14
      ISBN (books)
      ISSN (Serial)
      ISMN (Music)

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Trade_Item_Number

      The GTIN standard has incorporated the International Standard Book Number (ISBN), International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), International Standard Music Number (ISMN), International Article Number (which includes the European Article Number and Japanese Article Number) and some Universal Product Codes (UPCs), into a universal number space.

      Hi @admin@mid, thanks for sharing this feature request with us, we will definitely add most supported internals GTIN type by default. However, we already have some hooks/filters through which the user can add their respective types.

      Let us know if you need reference of the hook/filters.

      Hi @brot00401,
      Hi, you need to use

      wcmp_gtin_default_terms
      copy

      this filter to add extra fields in GTIN, by adding your own custom code

      Hello

      I have enabled product GTIN features enabled in WC Marketplace.

      Question: How do I create a search box where I can search for GTIN. I want to reach that visitors to the website can search for GTIN

      The problem is I have been able to publish the products in my catalog to various vendors. The heist different vendor have the same product with the same sow.
      But since I can only use any sku once in WooCommerce, I want to use the GTIN instead. The item numbers are unique worldwide. they are for aircraft parts.

      The one-time clue I found is the “wcmp_gtin_default_terms” on this page.

      link: https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/search/gtin/

      I use the following plugin:
      WC Marketplace,
      Advanced Frontend Manager,
      WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro

      What do I have to do? Where do I need to insert something?

      At the end I want to have two search fields.
      a text entry search box and a search box for GTIN

      Ask for help

      Can also send access data for website and ftp

      Thank Erik

      Hi Raju

      Thank you for your quick response.

      >> To create a search box where the customer can find the product based on the GTIN number, you must enter a custom code. With this action you can create your custom field.

      my problem is i don’t know how. On the one hand, the product gtin is not shown in the single product view or the entire product view.

      furthermore I didn’t know how to create the search box with the “wcmp_gtin_default_terms”.
      Furthermore I use the plugin product table from barn2.
      there are filters there, but even with this plugin I cannot access gtin. Have already tried custom fild! these are not shown in the product and you cannot search for them. 🙁

      in the plugin of barn2 “product table” I now have the following shortcode for the search …

      [product_table columns = “att: product number, cf: article number, name, tax: dc_vendor_shop, price, add-to-cart” filters = “tax: dc_vendor_shop” variations = “dropdown” page_length = “false”]

      how do I get into this one search box which looks only for the product gtin.

      alternatively I have created a global attribute “product number” where in every product the article number is also given. recommend woocommerce. but also no search box can be set up that only searches in the attribute “product number”.

      the website is klinkholz.com
      and the search is on the
      https://www.klinkholz.com/produkt-katalog/

      where do i enter the user defined code to display gtin number on the product page and how?
      So far I have the note for the following code “wcmp_gtin_default_terms”

      please help me, I absolutely don’t know what to do.
      I can already provide access data for the website

      @Erik Bernhard, please add this code in the function.php of the current active theme to show the GTIN field in the single product page :-

      add_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'dev_designs_show_sku', 5 );
      function dev_designs_show_sku()
      {
          global $product;
      echo 'GTIN: ' .get_post_meta($product->get_id(), '_wcmp_gtin_code', true);
      }
      copy

      Regarding the search part, this requires a good amount of custom code. Generally, we love to help our user with small code snippet. But as this need huge custom code, so you may hire our custom service team for this via this link – https://wc-marketplace.com/custom-development/
