Our plugin WCMp Vendor Staff, by default lets vendor, provide this following capabilities only :
– Manage Product
– Manage Order
– Manage Payment
– Manage Reports

1. Which role can create and setup an auction?
>> In order to let the vendor staff add / setup auction, you need to provide them the role “Manage Product”.
2. Which role can see prices and bids?
>> The default flow of WCMp Advanced Product Types only lets the admin view the prices and bids od ongoing auctions.
However, we will add this feature in our next update of WCMp Advanced Product Types.
3. Which role can decide if the auction was successful?
>> This flow is controlled by WooCommerce, when a buyer bids the maximum amount or his/her bid meet the reverse price only then the customer can win that auction. These are the emails send to the users when the above conditions are reached :
– Outbid emails: sent when your user’s bid has been outbid.
– Auction won emails: sent when a user wins the auction.
– Reserve Fail emails: sent to user when the auction is finished but didn’t make the reserve price
– Auction buy now emails: sent to winning bidder when someone buys the item for the buy now price.
4. Which role will decide/authorize that buyer can purchase the product at the auction price?
>> The vendor who will have the capability to manage the product can control the settings related to auction price.
