    Hello, could you add a dialogue system between each seller individually and the website administrator and also another between sellers and customers? Please thank you, this would facilitate the processing of the after-sales service.

    Hi @jimmy, thanks for your suggestion.

    Currently, admin, vendor, and the customer can communicate amongst them over email only. However, I am afraid we don’t have any such direct dialogue system for communication between vendor and admin, customer and vendor.

    But, you may use our widget called “Vendor’s quick Info” (this add a contact form in each vendor’s shop), that will let both admin and customer contact the vendor.

    Hello, I notice that the plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-and-client-message-after-order-for-woocommerce/) connects all the sellers of the same order with the customer when several products from different sellers are in the same order. How then to allow the customer to contact only the seller of a product in the order without contacting the others with this plugin? Is that possible? How to activate notifications when the customer and seller receive a message with this plugin?

    How does the seller’s contact widget work? Could you explain how to set it up? Please, thank you.

    @jimmy, the plugin author of Admin-Client message will be able to help you out here further, on how you can allow the customer to contact only the seller of a product, as they have developed this module.

    Now the seller widget Contact Vendor, adds a form like this in the vendor’s shop page (Follow this link – http://demo.dualcube.com/wordpress/wp1014/vendor/moumita/ ). Once a customer will contact the vendor, the vendor will receive an email on this.

    Hey Jimmy, I actually commissioned the WCMp compatibility directly with N-Media for the post-order messaging. The issue with all the vendors in the same chat is frustrating but hopefully after the split order module is finally released it will also automatically solve this problem.

    I’m also trying to commission some additional much-needed improvements to it, but the guy seems very busy with something else at the moment. I have a list that I sent him… examples are: Professional email templates we can edit, add the text of the chat to the emails and enable direct replies via email, and a couple other minor things. Maybe if you’d also like to contribute something to this and maybe he will be more motivated, or at least express interest to him.

    I am curious about the admin-seller chat idea. Is there a reason not to just email and phone if necessary? I paid for the customer-vendor chat so that my users can’t so easily get each others’ email addresses and take sales off my platform (seriously WC-Mp, this is a fatal flaw to your product that should be seriously addressed). I’m just not sure the gain for admin-vendor? What about a support ticket or forum system like this one? I’m interested in learning more… maybe your process is a lot different or I’m missing something?
