Hi, I have activated this plugin on a site, in Settings/Capabilities/Inventory I have ticked both:
Enable low stock alert for Vendors
Enable out of stock alert for Vendors

But I can’t see where the general stock thresholds are sets in the Vendor dashboard.

In the documentation, it states ‘Go to your vendor dashboard then navigate to “Shop Front” under “Store Settings” and scroll to the “Stock Management” section.’
But there is no Stock Management section for us, are we missing something? Should these options be listed in the Storefront page, or be a separate menu item under Store Settings?

      Thanks

      Hi Chris,

Can you please share website details with us i.e temporary admin and vendor access. Don’t forget to mark the thread private, while sharing the information.

      Regards,

@Chris, If the inventory section is enabled by admin, then vendor should be able to see the section under their storefront settings : https://prnt.sc/tuf09r

Now, as you don’t have this section, I need to check your site. Unfortunately I am not able to add any vendor in your site, due to some email restrictions.
Can you share a test vendor access, so we can check?

Hi @neha we will have to think about this another time because we are using this site to test signing-up with vendors.

@neha I have just logged on to the site and the theme has been changed, I assume this was your team that did this?

WE DID NOT give you permission to change this, the site is being viewed by potential clients who are evaluating whether they will be signing up to our service and now it just looks completely broken. If you wanted to test changing the theme we would have suggested another subsite where this would be possible.

From experience, we think that some options will be lost when you switch themes and switch back.

Can you confirm ASAP if this is what you changed and what else you changed.

Please urgently put back any settings you changed back how they were and we’ll have to check the whole site to see what has changed.

@chris sands, sorry for the inconveniece.

Becasue it was a test site, so we presume it was okay to chnage the theme. We should have asked you first.

Yes, we only deactivated the theme. Apart from that, we haven’t chnaged any settings too.

@neha We have returned the site to normal and only some settings need adding back. If you do need to change anything, it would be good to check first but also put it back to normal afterwards.

Definitely Chris, we will keep that in mind.

Let us know when it will be okay for us to disable the plugins?
