To let the customer’s search vendor by their location, all you have to do is, create page and add this the shortcode ‘[wcmp_vendorslist]’ .

This will list all the vendors on a page and let the customers search vendors by their location (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/poznr1 )

Yes, customers can rate and review vendors. All you have to do is enable the review option via WCMp >> Settings : https://prnt.sc/qc2id0

You can also keep checking to only allow those customers of those vendors to rate.

Yes, WCMp is fully RTL compatible.

To let the vendor’s receive full commission amount, you have to set the vendor’s commission as “100%” via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Payment Settings (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pt9mak )

When an order is placed by the customer, WooCommerce creates an order id (i.e., parent order id). WCMp creates corresponding sub order id’s for each vendor’s product associated in the order.

WCMp checks the initial order status of the parent order and sets the same for the sub orders too. After that, vendor/admin needs to change order status for each sub order. Hence, apart from initial order status, if you change the status of an order, this won’t change the sub order status.

To let the vendors stop accessing the WordPress backend, all you have to do is, go to WCMp >> Settings >> General >> and enable “Disallow Vendors wp-admin Access” (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pn1k34 ) .

P.s – This option will only be accessible if you are using Advanced Frontend Manager add on .

You can set up various monthly/yearly plans for your vendors via Vendor Membership add on and let them subscribe to these plans.

To notify the customers subscribe for an interest on an out of stock product, you need to use our add on, WooCommerce Product Stock Alert.

Our plugin lets the admin add simple, variable, grouped, external type products and let the vendors add simple products from their frontend dashboard and grouped, variable, external products from their backend dashboard.

Now, to support for other product types(booking, subscription, rental, auction etc), you can use our Advanced Frontend Manager add on.

Yes, you can definitely create a service based marketplace using our plugin. For this, you have to enable product type “downloadable” via WCMp >> Settings >> Capabilities (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/puitsn ).

Now, if you want to enable booking services in your site, you need to use WooCommerce Booking plugin , as this is compatible with our add on, Advanced Frontend Manager. This will let your vendors add booking products into your site. For rental type booking, you may use WooCommerce Booking and Rental System plugin along with AFM. 

 For this, all you have to do is, enable “Subscription” product type via WooCommerce>> Settings >> Capabilities (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/puiwbe ).

To remove the “Sold By” text under the product’s name, disable “Sold  By” option via WCMp >> Settings >> General (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwu8h1 )

To let the vendors edit categories of their already published products, all you have to do is, go to WCMp >> Settings >> General and enable “Disable Advance Marketplace Product Listing” (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pn357m )

Yes, we do let our vendors add coupons from his dashboard. For this, all you have to do is, enable Submit Coupons via WCMp >> Settings >> Capabilities (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvx64c )

100$ is the minimum price for purchasing the add on, which will be for three sites.

The store page layout depends on the choice of the theme. Hence, you can use any WooCommerce compatible theme to achieve your purpose. 

 In order to override any template file, first you need to create a child theme and then you have to create a folder called “dc-product-vendor” and copy the template file inside that (i.e. the file path would be yourtheme/dc-product-vendor/template_file_name.php) and modify this as per your requirement.

For the first year, you need to buy these product at the mentioned price. From second year onwards, we charge 50% of the product price to continue receiving updates and support and renew your license keys.

You may not renew the license for the second year. After buying the plugin, you will receive free support and updates for the first year. But, not renewing the license for the second year, will stop you from receiving any updates for the plugin. 

Hence, in order to run your marketplace smoothly and efficiently, renewing your license is necessary.

When a vendor registers into the site, we create a store for them using their username. The store URL would be something like this – yourdomain.com/vendor shop base/user name. 

 On successful installation of WC Marketplace plugin, it creates two pages by default – vendor dashboard, vendor registration.

On registering through the vendor registration form, they will be re-directed to their own dashboard page, where they can manage their products, orders, shipping, commission withdrawal etc.

Yes, WC Marketplace is 100% customizable.

Like WooCommerce, WC Marketplace is also not compatible with core concept of multisite. This means, when you install and activate the WC Marketplace plugin, it will be activated on all sites, and there will be an option to create a store, set up products for each site on the multisite, individually. Each store will be independent of the other.

So, say I have 3 sites in a multisite- Blue, Orange and Purple (with Purple being the main site). When I install and activate WC Marketplace on Purple, it will be activated on Blue and Orange as well. When I add products on Purple, or update some settings the changes will not be reflected on Blue or Orange, by default.

– When an order is created on the woocommerce end, we create the corresponding sub-order.
– Now, we check the initial order status of the order from woocommerce’s main order and set same order status for suborders too
– After that, each vendor/admin needs to change order status for each sub-order
– Therefore, apart from initial order status, if you change status of an order, this will not affect the sub order’s status

To restrict spammers from registering as vendors into the site, all you have to do is check “Approve Vendors Manually” via WCMp >> Settings >> General (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pt9l0i )

Yes, a pending vendor can also resubmit their application from their dashboard.

Both logged in(i.e., an existing customer) and non logged in user can register as vendor via the vendor registration form (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvr6wx ). So, for logged-in user, we simply make them a vendor along with a customer of the site. For non logged in user, they become a user of the site and a vendor as well. 
Hence, vendor(through dashboard page) and customer(through My Account page) can maintain their informations via a single account. 

Kindly make sure that the vendor dashboard shortcode has no tag associated with it and the shortcode to be added should be in “text” view only (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/lqvzpo).

The vendor registration form has two default fields – username and password. These two fields are provided by WooCommerce.

Now, if you want to add any extra fields, all you have to do is, go to WCMp >> Settings >> Vendor >> Vendor Registration and then add your desired fields (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pn3hbo )

You can pay commission to your vendor using any custom payment method by the following two methods:-

– Manually: Admin needs to manually pay the vendor their commission from admin’s custom payment account.
– Automatically: You can make the custom payment plugin compatible with WCMp by doing custom code, so vendors will be paid automatically.

For paying the vendors directly at checkout, you can use our add ons, WCMp Stripe Marketplace or WCMp Mangopay Marketplace.
Using these, the vendor’s will get paid instantly from checkout. 

Yes, vendor’s commission is automatically disbursed as per the disbursement schedule and payment gateway (see the screenshot –https://prnt.sc/pukqph) set up by the admin.

Yes, you can set withdraw threshold using our plugin. For this, all you have to do is, set up the disbursement threshold via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Payment Settings (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvci0j )

A vendor can view all the payment methods enabled by the admin via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwf7tn ), but can select only one payment method for receiving the commission from the site owner via Storefront >> Billing (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwf904 ). 

You can charge the extra transaction fee charged by Paypal by enabling the gateway charge option via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Payment Settings, set the payment gateway charge bearer as “vendor” and set up the amount (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwfkbp ).

To let vendor’s bear the coupon cost, all you have to do is, enable “Share Coupon Discount” via WCMp >> Settings >>  Payment >> Payment Settings (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwfodu )

To charge the vendors the extra charge for shipping and tax, all you have to do is enable shipping and tax options via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Payment Settings (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pyp177 )

To pay the vendors on a monthly basis, set the disbursement schedule as “monthly” via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwt9sp )

Admin Fees is what you, the site admin, charge on every product sold and vendor Commission is what you, the site admin, pay the vendor. For further reference, you can check here.

Yes, you can easily translate our plugin into your own custom language via loco translate plugin. You can check the documentation here .

We haven’t checked our WCMp PDF Invoice plugin under multi lingual settings. You can use any translate plugin such as loco or WPML to translate the plugins.

In order to enable vendor’s shipping methods, all you have to do is enable “Vendor’s Shipping” via WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pn0xfa )

 Vendor enters their shipping tracking details via the orders section in their dashboard (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvsif7 ). These details will appear in the customer’s order section (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvsjzl ).

Admin can add local pickup as a shipping method via WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pvwbm0 ).

To charge your vendors based on weight, you need to use WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin.

Currently, there is no restriction on the addition of product, category, tags by the vendor. Vendors can add any number of product, category, tags from their dashboard.

To let vendors import bulk products from their dashboard, you have to use our add, Advanced Frontend Manager .

Then, all you have to do is, click on the import button via Product Manager >> All Products (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pn32yr )

 Using our plugin, vendors can add simple products from their frontend dashboard and grouped, variable and external products from their backend dashboard.
