    Have tested the system a few times and each time the full amount is transferred to the marketplace, but shipping charges should be transferred to the vendor.

    Please advise how this can be remedied.

    @mike – Please ensure that you have enabled the shipping charges for the vendors (wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> WCMp -> Payment -> What to Pay -> Shipping -> Save Changes).

      Shipping was checked off, still not transferring shipping charges.

Also, please note that we will try to update you ASAP but sometimes it takes 2-3 days as there are other set of pre-planned list that we have to take care.

    @mike – Thanks for holding patience. We found that shipping charges option as disabled on your site hence shipping charges were not transferred to the vendors.

    Thats nice that you did that, if you look at the attachment that I had added above, that same box was checked already.

    @mike There is some misunderstanding.
    When we did open the site, the shipping was not ticked off.

    It may happen even after checking the “Shipping” option if the “Save Changes” was not clicked.
    Though now it is seems alright, are you still facing the problem?

    I did click on the save button…

    So I went in to check to see if I could send an order to my test vendor, but the “payment mode” in the vendor profile shows no info again (see screenshot) and when clicking the drop down there is nothing to set it to. The other day though the “payment mode” was set to paypal, so I have no idea why it changes on a near daily basis but I am getting tired of it not working.

    You keep asking me to do the same things, which I keep doing but your plugin still isn’t working and I don’t understand.
