Getting Started with WCMp Vendor Frontend Report

1. To download WCMp Vendor Frontend Report click here

2. Extract the downloaded wcmp-vendor_frontend_report.zip file to the WordPress plugins folder yourhostname/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/

OR

2. Go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New. Click on Upload Plugin. Browse to the downloaded file location, select the wcmp-vendor_frontend_report.zip and install the plugin.

3. To activate the plugin on your WooCommerce site go to WordPress Dashboard -> Plugins -> Click on Activate under WCMp Vendor Frontend Report.

Note: Remember that the WCMp Vendor Frontend Report is a paid add-on for WC Marketplace plugin. You need to have WC Marketplace & WooCommerce installed & activated on your WordPress site before using WCMp Vendor Frontend Report.

You need to have an Activation License (API License Key & API License email) specified in the WCMp License section which you will find at  WordPress Dashboard -> WCMp License, in order to use the WCMp Vendor Frontend Report add-on.

Setting Up WCMp Vendor Frontend Report

1.  After activating the add-on navigate to WordPress Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> WCMp -> Pages tab and select the Reports page from the drop-down list for the Vendor Frontend Report section.

2.  Click the Save Changes  button.

Note: When you activate the WCMp Vendor Frontend Report add-on, a new page (Reports) will be automatically created for you with the shortcode [vendor_frontend_report]

 This new page will automatically be allocated for the WCMp Vendor Frontend Report add-on. It is recommended that you add this page in the vendor’s dashboard menu.

Viewing Reports on the Frontend Using WCMp Vendor Frontend Report Add-On

To view reports on the frontend, navigate to the Reports page.

You can generate reports for a given time period by specifying the dates using the date range filter. By default all the tabs will display the reports for the current month.

You can export the reports to a .CSV file by clicking on the Export CSV button.

1. Sales Overview Tab: The sales overview tab displays detailed report of the sales for a specific time period. By default the Sales Overview tab displays the reports for the current month. Click on the Export CSV button to generate a .CSV file.

2.  Sales By Product Tab: The sales by product tab displays detailed report of the sales & earnings for a specific time period. By default the Sales By Product tab displays the reports for the current month. You can view the reports in two ways-

        1. Overview of all products,

        2. Individual products by switching to the By Product  tab.

3. Stock Tab: The stock tab displays detailed report of all the stocks of a vendor. You can view the following reports – Low in Stock, Out Of Stock & Most Stocked by switching to the respective tabs. You can edit and preview the products by clicking on the buttons for each product provided on the front end.

4. Transactions Tab: The transactions tab displays detailed report of all the transactions for a specific time period. By default the Transactions tab displays the reports for the current month. Click on the Export CSV button to generate a .CSV file.
